For the past six years, Defence IQ’s CABSEC/SAMSEC conference has been facilitating the discussion on security between industry and the region’s security leaders. Officially supported by the Jamaica Defence Force, the 2018 event will be co-hosted by Major General Rocky Meade, Chief of Defence Staff of the Jamaica Defence Force. In the lead up to the summit we spoke with the General about the current challenges and priorities for future requirements of the Force, as well as how emerging threats are perceived.
